Call Center Support Work From Home Internship

We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Support Interns. This role involves communicating with candidates, collecting details, sending assessments, and following up on their completion. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and high engagement levels with candidates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Outbound Calling:
1. Make 100+ calls daily to assigned candidates.
2. Collect necessary details and update records accurately.
B. Assessment Coordination:
1. Send assessment links or materials to candidates.
2. Follow up daily to ensure timely completion of assessments.
C. Communication:
1. Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding assessments.
2. Address queries and resolve concerns promptly.
D. Reporting:
1. Maintain logs of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
2. Share daily reports with the team leader or manager.
