Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 16th Feb'25 and 23rd Mar'25
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Can build & manage intern teams.
2. Can create a structured hiring & operations plan.
3. Can pitch opportunities to students & onboard them.
4. Should be able to filter & assign roles to interns.
5. Should manage operations across Chess, HR, and Agency projects.
6. Should engage with colleges, student groups, and corporate.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per sale).
