About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
2. Resolving client concerns regarding account setup, trading platforms, and other services
3. Identifying and troubleshooting issues effectively
4. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex queries when needed
5. Providing clients with accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
6. Educating users on trading platform functionalities and processes
7. Building positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs
8. Actively collecting feedback and sharing insights with the team to improve our offerings
9. Maintaining a polite, professional, and friendly tone in all communications
10. Upholding confidentiality and adhering to company guidelines and protocols
