About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist newly signed-up colleges through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up on the platform
2. Provide tutorials, demonstrations, and walkthroughs to help colleges understand and use the admin panel's features effectively
3. Respond to any queries or issues that colleges face during onboarding, providing timely and effective support
4. Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience
5. Maintain detailed records of support interactions and follow-ups
6. Gather feedback from colleges and suggest improvements to the onboarding process
