About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails, providing accurate information and assistance.
2. Collaborate with project managers to address client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
3. Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.
4. Update and maintain online property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
5. Optimize property descriptions, photos, and other multimedia content to enhance listing visibility and appeal.
6. Monitor online engagement metrics and promptly address client inquiries and feedback.
7. Cultivate positive relationships with clients by demonstrating attentiveness, empathy, and proactive communication.
8. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, liaising with internal teams as needed.
9. Assist in organizing client events, property tours, and meetings to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
10. Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, contracts, and client agreements.
11. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline project operations and ensure seamless client experiences.
12. Perform additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
