Roles and responsibilities - Client Servicing

- Coordinate with the Head of Client success to build long-term relationships with US clients
- Plan and understand different digital strategies for clients
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase their ROI
- Understand how to create processes to increase revenue and traffic
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Keep abreast with new trends in the SEO and content world
