About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain and optimize cloud environments for security, availability, and performance.
3. Support the deployment and configuration of cloud-based applications.
4. Provide basic technical support to clients and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
5. Maintain documentation for configurations, systems, processes, and procedures.
6. Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures as cloud environments evolve.

Shift timings:
This role requires working the evening shift from 5 PM to 2 AM. Candidates must be comfortable working during these hours to provide support to our global clients.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2. Demonstrate a basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), which is a plus.

3. Exhibit familiarity with networking, Linux, and Windows systems.

4. Possess the ability to troubleshoot basic IT and cloud-related issues.

5. Show eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within the cloud domain.

6. Communicate effectively and pay strong attention to detail.

7. Display familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).

8. Understand the basics of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

9. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

10. Gain experience with cloud monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, etc.).

11. Bring your own device (BYOD) preferred: If you have your own laptop that meets our technical requirements, it will be preferred for this position.

12. Receive mentorship from senior engineers and learn from industry experts.
