Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing potential investors through various channels, including online platforms and networking events
2. Collaborate with the recruitment team to create engaging job postings and promotional materials to attract qualified candidates
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential investors to assess their skills and qualifications
4. Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and information sessions, to showcase the company and attract potential investors
5. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process and attract a diverse pool of investors
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team
