As a sales manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business by identifying, targeting, and converting leads into long-term clients. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and expand our market reach.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
2. Sales presentations & negotiations: Present InsightClicks' services to potential clients, effectively communicate value propositions, and negotiate deals.
3. Client relationship management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
4. Sales strategy development: Work closely with the management team to define sales goals, strategies, and tactics for acquiring new business and maintaining high retention rates.
5. Reporting & analytics: Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure consistent growth and achievement of targets.

Other requirements
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based structure.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to build rapport with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships.
5. A deep understanding of digital marketing services and solutions (preferred, but not mandatory).
6. Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work independently.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per sales).
