Community Management Work From Home Internship

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and execution-driven Campus Ambassador Manager to lead our Campus Ambassador Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, motivation, engagement, and performance tracking of campus ambassadors, specifically targeting healthcare students.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design & Execute Recruitment Strategy: Identify and onboard top student ambassadors from medical and healthcare institutions.
2. Engagement & Motivation: Regularly interact with ambassadors, keep them motivated, and drive enthusiasm for the program.
3. Performance Management: Set weekly targets, monitor progress, and ensure ambassadors meet engagement and onboarding goals.
4. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute creative campaigns, challenges, and events to boost outreach and onboarding.
5. Marketing & Growth Initiatives: Design marketing strategies focused on student engagement, referrals, and networking.
6. Community Building: Foster relationships with student communities, medical colleges, and key influencers.
7. Networking & Expansion: Build strategic partnerships to enhance the reach of the program across various healthcare institutions.


Requirements
1. Proven experience in designing and managing campus ambassador programs.
Strong execution skills - ability to take strategy to action.
2. Energetic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
3. Expertise in student marketing, networking, and community engagement within the healthcare/medical domain.
4. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track performance, and iterate strategies.
