1. Build student communities from scratch on platforms like Discord and WhatsApp
2. Identify and recruit potential members from campuses, social media platforms, and other online forums
3. Develop strategies to increase community size and engagement
4. Create and post engaging content to spark conversations and sustain activity within the community
5. Interact with members regularly to ensure a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere
6. Answer questions, moderate discussions, and resolve conflicts
7. Plan and execute creative campaigns, events, and challenges tailored for students
8. Collaborate with other teams to organize webinars, Q&A sessions, or virtual meetups
9. Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to improve future initiatives
10. Build relationships with student ambassadors, influencers, and other organizations
11. Leverage these connections to expand the reach of the community

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
