Community Management Work From Home Internship

At FC, we're building a space where everyone can live authentically without fear or discrimination due to gender or sexuality. You'll be helping to break down barriers and create a world where gender and sexual diversity are recognized as natural and normal.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for other users as a fellow FC member
2. Help users connect meaningfully by sparking conversations, introducing them to each other, and spending time together through activities like chats, co-studying, co-working, playing games, or watching movies
3. Strategize and create new ways to keep users engaged with the FC metaverse, app, and website
4. Introduce new activities and ideas regularly to give users multiple reasons to return to FC
5. Engage users to the point where they no longer need guidance because they've discovered FC's true value and are using it naturally
6. Foster an environment where users feel comfortable exploring and utilizing FC on their own
7. Submit daily logs summarizing observations of the community and user interactions
8. Identify patterns in user behavior and report them
9. Monitor the community to ensure safety
10. Report any actions required immediately to maintain a safe space for all users
