As a community management intern at Renan Partners, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to oversee and enhance our online community engagement. As a labeller management intern/community management intern, you will take charge of managing and engaging with our labelling workforce. Your primary focus will be on community growth, onboarding, quality assurance, and fostering a vibrant and motivated labeller ecosystem. You'll work closely with the Renan team to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality outputs from our labellers. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in operations and community management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and engage with online community members through various platforms.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze data and provide insights for community growth.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of community engagement strategies.
4. Collaborate with team members to optimize operations and processes.
5. Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
6. Create engaging content for social media platforms to drive community participation.
7. Assist in organizing and hosting virtual events and webinars for community members to learn on how to use platform.
