Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Collection: Gather data on properties, including location, size, amenities, and pricing.
2. Use online resources, databases, and public records to obtain property information.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze the collected data to identify trends and insights.
4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings.
5. Writing and Documentation: Write detailed property descriptions.
6. Create content for property listings, brochures, and marketing materials.
7. Document research processes for future reference.
8. Collaboration: Work with the real estate team for accurate data collection.
9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with company goals.
10. Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of all data and content.
11. Perform other administrative tasks to support the team.
