About the work from home job/internship

We're seeking a talented and experienced English content developer to create engaging, age-appropriate learning content. As an English content developer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive, engaging, and culturally relevant content for our English language learning application. Your work will directly impact the language skills of students across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop age-appropriate English language learning content for students aged 3-18
2. Create lesson plans, exercises, quizzes, and interactive activities
3. Ensure content aligns with Indian educational standards and cultural context
4. Collaborate with instructional designers and app developers to optimize content delivery
5. Regularly update and improve existing content based on user feedback and performance metrics

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in English, education, or related field (master's preferred)

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in developing English language learning content

3. Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies and best practices

4. Familiarity with Indian education system and cultural nuances

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

6. Experience in creating digital content for educational purposes

7. Understanding of age-appropriate learning strategies for students aged 3-18

8. Strong organizational and time management skills

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

10. Adaptability to incorporate feedback and make revisions

11. TEFL/TESOL certification

12. Experience in app-based or online education

13. Familiarity with gamification techniques in education
