About the work from home job/internship
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated scriptwriter to join our content creation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, conducting deep research, and crafting compelling scripts that have the potential to go viral. The primary focus areas will be education (including flaws and reforms), the job market, artificial intelligence, and business trends.
You will work closely with the content creator (who will be the orator) to transform insights from your research into high-impact scripts for both short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and, eventually long-form content (e.g., YouTube videos, podcasts). The goal is to create engaging, insightful, and shareable content that resonates with a wide audience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on relevant and trending topics related to:
- Education and education systems (flaws, reforms, global comparisons)
- Career trends, job market insights, and new-age job opportunities
- Artificial Intelligence advancements and their impact on industries
- Business models, entrepreneurial trends, and market disruptions
- Use credible and authoritative sources for research, including but not limited to:
Hindustan Times, BBC, New York Times, Bloomberg, TechCrunch, and similar high-quality sources.
- Stay updated with current news and trends across social media and major platforms to identify viral opportunities.
- Monitor platforms like Google Trends, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and industry reports for fresh content ideas.
2. Script Writing:
- Create compelling and emotionally engaging scripts for:
- Short-form content (30 sec to 3 min) with a strong hook and engaging storyline.
- Long-form content (5-15 min) with structured narratives and depth.
- Develop scripts that follow a proven hook-story-climax format to maximize engagement and retention.
- Ensure the scripts are informative, relatable, and easy to follow.
3. Content Strategy & Alignment:
- Work closely with the content creator to align scripts with the brand's voice and target audience.
- Recommend content formats and approaches based on audience engagement and platform trends.
- Adapt content to platform-specific requirements and algorithms.
4. AI & Optimization:
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance scripts and increase engagement.
- Incorporate SEO-friendly language and trending keywords to improve content reach.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in content writing, journalism, or scriptwriting.
Background in research, market analysis, or media production.
Prior experience with video content creation or social media strategy.
