About the work from home job/internship

We are seeking a creative and adaptable Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging and high-quality content across key verticals, including Fintech, Strategic Management, Product Management, Project Management, Data Science, and AI. The candidate should be able to handle both technical and strategic topics and tailor content to different audiences, from business professionals to industry practitioners. An MBA or relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory. More importantly, we seek someone who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to our content strategy.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation: Develop quality content, including blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media content. Ensure all content aligns with the company's voice and business goals.
2. Vertical Research: Stay updated on key trends and developments in fintech, strategic management, data science, and product management.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
4. Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity and consistency with company standards.
5. Content Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Use analytics to guide improvements where possible.
6. Project Coordination: Help coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. an MBA is a plus but not required.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of content creation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management.

Skills:

1. Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex ideas simply.
2. Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
3. Strong research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
4. Ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.
