About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brainstorming with the marketing team to generate multi-format/multi-channel content ideas (creating scripts) for blogs, infographics, and videos
2. Planning, researching, outlining, writing, and editing new content while updating existing content
3. Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and content
4. Writing well-researched and engaging content with deep business understanding
5. Writing on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, promotional copy, and website technology offerings
6. Researching markets, industries, and competitors to compare and create content that is innovative and original
7. Building user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, transforming insights into language that empowers users (white papers, procedural documents, case studies, POV articles, blogs)
8. Collaborating with and managing expectations of various stakeholders like SMEs, business leaders, technology leaders, and engineers/developers
9. Orchestrating discovery sessions with analysts and SMEs to understand service offerings, technology domains, and industries served
10. Conducting content audits for errors and evaluating current content to develop innovative approaches for improvement
11. Maintaining detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
12. Suggesting best practices and optimizations throughout the content generation project

Other requirements
1. Hands-on experience in writing engaging technical/non-technical blogs, web content, articles, e-books, and marketing copy in the IT software services domain
2. Should be good at writing, reviewing, and publishing web content for in–house requirements
3. Ability to write actionable and well-researched long blog/articles having 1000 to 2000 words
4. Proactively create and handle website landing pages and blogs
5. Mastery over the English language and a strong eye for detail
6. Understand and support the marketing and sales cycles within an IT services firm
7. Must be a self-starter, manage projects, and meet deadlines
8. Promote self-created work on different platforms
9. Proficient in using different tools to communicate your work and ideas
10. Work independently to deliver high-value content
