About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure the smooth execution of CSR initiatives
2. Communicating regularly with corporate stakeholders to update them on project progress, success stories, and impact assessments
3. Assisting in preparing reports and presentations for corporate donors, highlighting outcomes and benefits of CSR programs
4. Identifying potential corporate partners and researching companies' CSR initiatives that align with Blossom India Foundation's mission
5. Developing and pitching partnership proposals to new corporate prospects to secure CSR funding and project collaborations
6. Collaborating with internal teams to design CSR proposals that meet both the company's objectives and the NGO's social goals

Other requirements

1. Pursuing/completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Communications, or a related field

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships

3. Passion for social impact and CSR, with an understanding of the corporate and non-profit ecosystem

4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. Experience in project management or client relations is a plus but not required

7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
