We are looking for a motivated and driven Corporate Sales Trainee to support significant sales initiatives and assist in securing high-value corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales, with the potential to develop skills in closing complex deals, building strategic relationships, and contributing to business growth through tailored sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales targets and increase market share.
Identify, prioritize, and engage with key corporate prospects, focusing on substantial opportunities.
Support the establishment and nurturing of strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations to build long-term partnerships.
Participate in negotiations for complex sales deals, helping to create tailored proposals that align with client needs and company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure smooth deal execution and high client satisfaction.
Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to support the refinement of sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience sales or a related field, with an interest in closing large, complex deals.
Basic understanding of the corporate sales cycle and familiarity with large-scale organizations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
