About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth
2. Utilizing marketing strategies to develop and maintain client relationships
3. Implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
4. Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
5. Following up with leads and converting them into sales opportunities
6. Handling inbound calls from existing clients to address their inquiries and provide assistance
7. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions in MS Excel for future reference
8. Following up with prospective clients via phone and email to close sales deals
9. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base
10. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas
11. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
12. Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in business development

Other requirements

1. Proficient in English, Hindi & Bengali speaking

2. Proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling and sales closures

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets

5. Strong organizational and time-management skills

6. Ability to effectively use a customer relationship management (CRM) system

7. Knowledge of the company's products and services

8. Preferably from the ed-tech sales background

9. Any graduate/postgraduate with a strong desire to make a career in sales

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per sale).
