About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Writing creative scripts for sessions: Develop unique and engaging scripts for executing virtual sessions that promote positive emotions and explore the impact of virtual interactions on emotional well-being and communication.
2. Conducting hypothesis testing: Formulate and propose hypotheses related to virtual socializing and its effects. Collaborate with the team to design experiments and analyze data to validate these ideas.
3. Hosting virtual workshops: Plan, organize, and host virtual workshops to test and refine your virtual socializing formula. Engage participants effectively to ensure active involvement and meaningful interactions. Collect feedback and data from workshop participants to assess the success of your approach.
4. Skill development: Lead virtual sessions to enhance your communication and anchoring skills. Learn to manage group dynamics and foster engagement in a virtual environment. Develop research, analytical, and presentation skills through hands-on experience.
