Customer Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. CRM management: Oversee the daily operation of the CRM system. Ensure all customer data is correctly captured, updated, and managed according to company policies.
2. Customer interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
3. Lead handling: Monitor the flow of leads through the sales pipeline. Ensure leads are appropriately qualified, distributed, and followed up on in a timely manner.
4. Status coordination: Regularly update and maintain the status of ongoing customer cases and sales leads within the CRM. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment.
5. Reporting: Generate regular reports from the CRM to track sales progress, customer engagement, and lead conversion rates.
6. Feedback collection: Actively collect customer feedback and channel this information back to relevant departments to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
