Job Description:

1. Respond to user emails, address queries, manage and resolve complaints, and update the customer support sheet daily.
2. Craft personalized and professional email responses to communicate with users effectively.
3. Validate and verify the relevance of user complaints.
4. Develop a deep understanding of the application to assist users efficiently.
5. Engage with user reviews on feedback platforms and the Play Store, addressing concerns with constructive and empathetic responses.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and provide timely updates to users.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and recommend actionable improvements.
