Customer Relationship Associate Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
2. Follow up with customers who have abandoned carts to encourage order completion.
3. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
6. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance the customer experience.
