Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to our AI solutions, including Computer Vision and real-time face recognition technology.

Collaborate with our technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.

Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve self-service options for customers.

Engage in proactive communication with customers to provide updates on ongoing issues or product enhancements.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and services.
