Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as a customer buddy throughout the customer's journey in the system.
2. Initiate outbound calls to converted customers to confirm their requested product or service.
3. Upsell better products or services that suit customer needs.
4. Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, resolving their queries professionally.
5. Work on the CRM to process customer cases and maintain accurate records.
6. Coordinate with different departments and pass cases to doctors to ensure seamless service.
7. Focus on delivering excellent customer feedback and achieving upsell targets.
8. Provide customers with product information, pricing details, and address concerns.
9. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve upselling targets.
10. Follow up regularly with leads and prospects via calls or emails to encourage repeat business.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
13. Adhere to company policies related to sales, customer service, and data security.
14. Participate in training to improve sales and communication skills.
