As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Ayurveda while honing your communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes
6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers
NOTE: The work timings will be 6 pm to 12 am. Sundays will be working, you can choose any other day off during the week.
