Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis on customer feedback and service issues.

Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

Support in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes.
