Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to GroMo Partners (GPs) via phone to introduce them to the GroMo platform and explain how they can earn by selling our financial products.
2. Provide detailed information about various financial products available on our platform and how to effectively sell them.
3. Assist GPs with any questions or concerns they may have regarding the sales process, and provide step-by-step guidance to help them make their first sale.
4. Encourage and motivate GPs to stay engaged and pursue their sales goals.
5. Address any issues or challenges GPs face and provide solutions to help them overcome these obstacles.
6. Gather feedback from GPs to help improve our training and support processes.
7. Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with GPs, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
8. Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided to GPs, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
9. Work closely with the internal team to share insights and develop strategies to enhance GP success.
