As a Customer Service/Feedback Survey intern at Grover Ecommerce Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers from PAN India. You need to call customers and take feedback regarding the products that are delivered on Amazon, Flipkart and JioMart. Knowledge of using Amazon app is preferred.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call to existing customers and take feedback using Phone Call or Whatsapp
2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience
4. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement improvements to customer service processes
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment through teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25 per for every feedback taken).
