Other requirements

1. Knowledge of shopping or using the Amazon mobile application.

2. Excellently spoken English.

3. If you have worked into customer support/customer service in the past then that will be an added advantage.

4. We prefer candidates mainly from Delhi and NCR. If you are from non-Delhi/ NCR, then only apply if your English is at least 3 stars.

5. Apply if you are okay to work for 6 days a week and Saturday and Sunday will be Mandatory working and no week offs will be given on Saturday and Sunday.
