About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are effectively set up and trained on our platform
2. Provide personalized support to new customers, addressing their specific needs and helping them understand the full value of our solutions
3. Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
4. Develop and deliver training materials, webinars, and resources to help customers become proficient with our platform
5. Monitor customer progress and engagement during the onboarding phase, proactively addressing any issues or concerns
6. Gather customer feedback and insights to continually improve the onboarding process
7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress in our CRM system

5. Experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is a plus.

6. Familiarity with SaaS products and AI technologies is advantageous.

7. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.

8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively.

9. Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials and presentations.

10. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting is a plus.

11. Candidates should use their own laptops.
