We are seeking a genuinely caring and empathetic customer support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will own a dog, allowing them to connect deeply with pet parents and truly understand their concerns. This remote position requires someone who can handle customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (email, phone, chat) to pet parents.
2. Build a deep understanding of our products to offer accurate information and solutions.
3. Empathize with customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed effectively.
4. Make sound decisions in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
6. Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and strategies.
7. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and feedback.
Day-to-day work:
1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
2. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
3. Update customer records and document interactions.
4. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
6. Send daily reports on customer interactions and issues resolved.
