Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels (email, social media, phone, or chat)
2. Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction levels
3. Assisting customers with order information, product details, troubleshooting, and account management
4. Managing and maintaining customer records, including tracking queries and resolutions
5. Transfering complex customer concerns to the appropriate department and ensuring follow-up until the issue is resolved
6. Gathering feedback from customers to improve services and products
7. Assisting with drafting responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and updating the customer support knowledge base
