As a customer service/customer support intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the CRM system
2. Analyzing trading and investment calls from charts
3. Providing support in business acquisition viz. students for our courses

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per lead closed ).
