Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate outbound calls to customers to address product inquiries, and delivery details, and assist with any concerns. Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Understand our product offerings and effectively communicate features and benefits to answer customer queries.
3. Engage with customers to build trust and confidence in our brand and products. Provide accurate information to address customer concerns and foster lasting relationships.
4. Verify customer addresses to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
5. Monitor and respond to customer comments on social media platforms. Foster positive interactions and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
6. Conduct non-delivery report (NDR) calls to investigate and resolve delivery-related issues.
