About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed decisions
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
7. Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest ways to improve our products and services
