About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional tone in English.
2. Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Work on rotational shifts to ensure seamless support(9 AM -12 PM). Shifts include:
a. 1st Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
b. 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
c. 3rd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
3. Maintain availability for an 8-hour shift, 6 days a week.
Must have a reliable internet connection, personal Wi-Fi, and a stable mobile network, as calls will be forwarded from the company number to the agent's mobile using Knowlarity. A strong and consistent network is essential for uninterrupted communication with customers.

Other requirements

Candidates should have their own laptop, a reliable high-speed internet or Wi-Fi connection, a quiet and distraction-free workspace, and a stable cellular connection.

1. Strong communication skills, especially in English (spoken).

Availability:

1. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

2. Commitment to work 6 days a week.

3. Punctuality and reliability in adhering to work schedules.

Compensation & Incentives:

1. First 2 months: ₹5,000/month

2. Next 2 months: ₹7,000/month

3. Final 2 months: ₹10,000/month

Additional ₹2,000 monthly incentive for perfect attendance (no leaves).

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per 100% attendance).
