About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and manage incoming support tickets in HubSpot
2. Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and importance
3. Assign tickets to appropriate team members if necessary
4. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their queries and issues
5. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the ticket resolution process
6. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
7. Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary
8. Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
9. Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in HubSpot
10. Maintain and update the knowledge base with frequently asked questions and solutions

5. Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate varying schedules and ensure coverage

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
