Only those candidates can apply who:

Education: No specific degree is required. Candidates pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies in any field (e.g., Business, Communication, Commerce, etc.) are welcome to apply.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills in both English (and Hindi or other regional languages is a bonus).
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
3. Familiarity with customer support tools like CRM systems, live chat tools (e.g., Tawk.to, Zendesk), and ticketing systems is preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics processes or a willingness to learn.
5. Ability to quickly learn and work with Shiplee’s custom support panel and tools.
Experience:
1. Freshers or candidates with previous experience in customer service or telecalling will be preferred.
2. Prior experience with shipping, logistics, or handling Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) is a plus but not mandatory.
Availability:
1. Must be available for a 6-month internship with the potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
2. Comfortable with a remote work setup and flexible working hours.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
