5. Contribute to the development of support resources such as FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
7. Uphold Trilok App's brand reputation by delivering top-notch customer service and fostering positive relationships with users
