Customer Service/Customer Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling customer inquiries via Facebook Business Manager, Instagram DM's, and Comments.
2. Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints and issues with the backend technical team.
3. Conducting follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Updating and maintaining customer service databases and records.
5. Creating and updating FAQs and help articles.
6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
7. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the concerned person.
8. Developing and improving customer service processes and procedures.

Note: The person selected for the internship will be working with our team which would help the intern get knowledge and on-the-job experience. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter, eager to learn new things, willing to invest time in learning new courses to improve his skillset & mindset, and knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
