About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via text-based channels (e.g., chat, messaging platforms).
2. Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Yoliday's services, policies, and procedures.
3. Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Assist customers with inquiries related to specific experiences available on Yoliday's platform.
5. Provide recommendations, insights, and additional information to help customers make informed decisions about booking experiences.
6. Relay customer requests for custom experiences to the experience team for further evaluation and coordination.
7. Gather relevant details and preferences from customers to facilitate the customization process effectively.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues, booking errors, and other issues encountered by customers, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer support system.

7. Graduation in tourism.
