Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform.
3. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on how to use our software.
4. Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
