About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of learners by leveraging automated user engagement technology tools.
2. Promote learner success in their self-learning journey by increasing awareness and adoption of real-time project technology tools.
3. Establish relationships with learners and serve as a mentor to help them maximize their use of the platform.
4. Develop processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and ease of operations.
5. Enhance step conversion metrics by optimizing the process from signup to engaged learner, active participation, subscription to advanced modules, real-time execution of learning, and achieving success in the professional world.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of generated revenue).
