We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team as interns.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Investigate and resolve delay delivery issues
2. Make outbound calls to customers for delivery updates
3. Raise and manage tickets for delayed delivery issues
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
5. Prepare and analyze BRS reports for customer insights
6. Manage bulk orders and ensure timely fulfillment
7. Raise and resolve tickets for bulk orders and BRS reports
