As a Data Entry intern at PassionMojo, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR recruitment team with your advanced Excel skills and effective communication abilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Efficiently entering and updating candidate information into our database.
2. Utilizing advanced Excel functions to organize and analyze recruitment data.
3. Communicating with potential candidates and scheduling interviews.
4. Supporting HR branding efforts to attract top talent to the company.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth recruitment processes and ensuring all the information is captured in the ATS, CRM and Client Dashboard
6. Contributing innovative ideas to enhance overall recruitment strategies, coordinating with the internal team, external applicants, and candidates (interview schedule etc)
