Data Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting international outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our company's products and services in a compelling manner.
2. Keeping accurate records of all telephonic interactions, and updating customer information in our CRM database.
3. Identifying potential leads and passing them to the sales team for further follow-up.
4. Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing appropriate solutions.
7. Participating in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
