Job Description:

We are looking for two motivated interns to assist with managing job applications sourced from LinkedIn and other platforms, build automation tools to streamline the application process and meet specified KPIs. This internship offers hands-on experience in automation and database management while using AI to improve efficiency.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Database Management:
1. Identify and organize relevant job opportunities from LinkedIn and other job boards.
2. Maintain a structured database of job applications, tracking key details like company names, job titles, deadlines, and statuses.
3. Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable to manage data effectively.

b. Application Management:
1. Apply to job openings on my behalf using templates and personalized inputs.
2. Regularly track and update the status of each application.

c. Automation Development:
1. Design and develop automation tools (using Python, RPA tools, or no-code platforms).
2. Scrape relevant job data from LinkedIn and other job boards.
3. Automatically apply to selected jobs based on predefined criteria.
4. Optimize automation for scalability and accuracy.

About Pradyum Soni

I am Pradyum Soni, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, with an expected graduation date of December 2024. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 2021.
